All through the summertime at Linville Lake highs are ordinarily in the 80's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Linville Lake during the winter commonly dip into the 20's. You can run the rapids of Big Creek near Linville       Lake. The Cooks Wall Trail offers hiking at its best, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Grandview Golf Club is in the neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. It's a perfect idea to stop by Grassy Creek, it's in close proximity to Linville Lake, and Linville Lake is right by the Cascade Trail. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Moores Knob Trail, and Jomeokee Campground is a brilliant campground nearby. A good deal of rain falls at Linville Lake; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of the months is November. This lake is so wonderful.
