The high level of rain makes Lingle Lake a pretty wet location; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain while November is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Through the months of summer here at Lingle Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at Lingle Lake       are in the 20's. This place, Lingle Lake, it clearly has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Camping is available at Tanglewood Family Resort; Yadkin River is a magnificent whitewater spot close by. Dry warm beds await you at Carolina Pines Motel, and Lingle Lake Dam is a pretty place, definitely worth visiting. If you're here at Lingle Lake, you could pop by Dunkers Creek, and not far from Lingle Lake you'll stumble on Craver Lake which is a scenic lake. This                  lake is so wonderful. A magnificent site to camp here at Lingle Lake is Thousand Trails, and the cheerful folks of Lexington-Thomasville like to hang out nearby.
