Lewis Lake is always a pleasure to visit. Summertime highs at Lewis Lake commonly tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Lewis Lake plunge into the 20's. A lot of precipitation falls at Lewis Lake; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while November is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

Trail is good fun. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from Fayetteville here, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Cape Fear.
This lake is so wonderful. Lazy Acres is a brilliant local campground. If you came
for an overnight stay Fayetteville Koa is a delightful place to camp, and if you need a spot to stay Wellons Gateway Inn is a great choice. If the weather is great here at Lewis Lake, you can go for a hike along the Little Creek Loop Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Upper Little River offers some great whitewater.
