Here at Leggett Lake there are plenty of people from Lumberton. This lake is so wonderful. You're probably interested in lakes, Scarborough Lake Number One is one of those nearby; camping is available at Lumber River Campground and Trail Rides. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin'       a pleasant time here at Leggett Lake. Very nice water scenery is available at Leggett Lake Dam near Leggett Lake, and a nice swamp close to Leggett Lake is Big Bay. Lakes are fine; Morgan Ponds is a lake that's next to Leggett Lake, and playing golf is lots of fun at Flag Tree Golf Course. All through the summertime months at Leggett Lake highs are usually in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the                  50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Leggett Lake. Leggett Lake regularly gets a great deal of rain; most of the rain falls through July, and the driest month of the year is October.
