Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Reedy Creek Golf Course, and Langdon Pond is not far at all from Raleigh-Cary. From a precipitation point of view Langdon Pond is a relatively common spot; most of the rain falls through August; April is when it's the driest. During the summertime months at Langdon Pond temperatures are generally in the 80's;       the night is a bit cooler of course, typically in the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Langdon Pond. If you're here at Langdon Pond, you could have a look at Buffalo Creek, and dry warm beds await you at Hampton Inn Raleigh-Clayton I-40.
