Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Deep River, and hiking along the Campbell Creek Loop is nice fun. Throughout the summer at Lake Williams highs are commonly in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and night lows at Lake Williams all through the wintertime commonly sink into the 20's. Man, is there plenty of fun stuff to       do near Lake Williams. Dry warm beds await you at Jameson Inn Sanford, as expected you could also go to James Hoover Johnson Pond since you're here; it's not far at all. Why not camp at Jordan Dam RV Park and Campground while you're here at Lake Williams, and a lake close by is City Water Works Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Lake Williams you'll almost certainly meet some people from Sanford, and if you need a site to stay Holiday Inn Express                  Hotel & Suites Sanford, Nc is a great choice. You don’t have to go far from Lake Williams to make out the water at Lake Williams Dam, and there's whitewater on Buckhorn Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Lake Williams is right by the Lanier Falls Trail, and Sanford Golf Course is a golf course nearby. Lake Williams sees pretty high levels of rain; most of the rain falls during May, and September meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
