Throughout the warm days of summer at Lake Twitty temperatures are typically in the 80's while overnight lows are regularly in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Lake Twitty. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Rocky River; a good place       to camp here at Lake Twitty is Cane Creek Park. Lake Twitty generally gets a good deal of rain; the month with most of the rain is March, and April is when it's the driest. So much cool stuff right next door to Lake Twitty, simply incredible. A perfect nearby hotel is Americas Best Value Inn-Monroe, and lakes are such calm sites, why not visit Baucom Lake. Knights Inn Monroe is a great site to get some rest, and why not camp at Camp Stewart if you're here at                  Lake Twitty.
