A visit to Lake Toxaway is always a good idea. Lake Toxaway is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. So much fun stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains, not enough time. A round of golf at nearby Lake Toxaway Company Country Club is a great way to kill some time, and dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn Brevard. For the period of the summertime, highs typically are in the 80's at Lake Toxaway. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. The winter

| | brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at Lake Toxaway are in the 20's.
This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Toxaway River - Upper, and do take a hike on the Art Loeb Trail. has so much outdoors cool stuff. Hawk Mountain is lovely and can be seen from Lake Toxaway, and do put some time aside to spend at Toxaway Falls while you're here at Lake Toxaway.
This lake is so wonderful. If you're interested
in hydro structures, you can take a look at Toxaway Lower Dam, and hiking along the Foothills Trail is tremendous fun. After a long day outdoors Sapphire Valley Resort is a delightful site to spend a night or two; there are some perfect
whitewater spots on Toxaway River. Riverbend RV Park is a brilliant campground nearby, and since you're here why not stop by Hogback Valley.
So many fun things near Lake Toxaway, truly tremendous. Some nearby water includes Deep
Ford Creek, and Panther Ridge RV Park and Community is a great local campground. You're perhaps into lakes, Intermont Lake is one of those close by; at Lake Toxaway you always meet someone from Brevard. Yep, outdoors fun things to do are really abundant here at Lake Toxaway.
