Thousand Trails is a brilliant local campground. Why not camp at High Rock Lake Marina and Campground while you're here at Lake Tom-A-Lex, and playing golf is lots of fun at Lexington Golf Club. Visit Jimmys Creek since you're here at Lake Tom-A-Lex, and lots of folks from Lexington-Thomasville come here. Lake Tom-A-Lex is a pretty wet place commonly with a lot of rain; March is the month that gets the most rain,       and the driest month is November. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Tom-A-Lex Dam is an interesting thing to check out, and Days Inn Thomasville is a delightful site to get some rest. Looking for something close to Lake Tom-A-Lex? Snyders Lake is close by, and paddling on Yadkin River is so much fun. High temperatures at Lake Tom-A-Lex during the summer are in the 80's.
