Lake Summit is a nice lake to visit. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting things the area right next door to Lake Summit has to offer. Twin Oaks Apartments is a magnificent location to get some rest; why not camp at Red Gates since you're here at Lake Summit. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. You can take a little tour to Lake Summit Dam while you're here at Lake Summit, and hey, Jones Creek is a tremendous

The high level of precipitation makes Lake Summit a quite wet location; the month with most of the rain is March while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, North Saluda River offers some good whitewater, and camping is available at Orchard Lake Campground. On a brilliant day at Lake Summit you can take a hike along the Mullinax Trail, and right next door to Lake Summit you hit upon a golf
course called Kenmure Country Club. This site, the Blue Ridge Mountains, has so much outdoors cool stuff. If you need a place to stay Cabin Fever is a pleasant choice, and if you fancy a little side visit, try Mine Gap. For the duration
of the long summer days, highs typically are in the 80's at Lake Summit, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's, and nighttime lows throughout the winter for Lake Summit tend
to be in the 20's.
This lake is so wonderful. You're possibly addicted to lakes, Hosea Lake is one of those close by.
