    Lake Sequoyah is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Sky Valley if you're here; Bridal Veil Falls is a beautiful place to check out while you're at Lake Sequoyah. You simply should fancy Lake Sequoyah. Summertime highs at Lake Sequoyah regularly tend to be in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. Highs through the wintertime  
   are mostly in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Lake Sequoyah are in the 20's.
A good deal of rainfall falls at Lake Sequoyah; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is October. Be careful coming to the Blue Ridge Mountains, you might not ever want to return back home again. If you're a golfer then a nice close by course is Highlands Falls Country Club Pool & Tennis, and a brilliant place to camp here at
 
               Lake Sequoyah is Van Hook Glade Campground. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Hampton Inn Highlands, and hiking along the Whiteside Mountain National Recreation Trail is wonderful fun. What would winter be without some skiing at Scaly Mountain, and at Lake Sequoyah you can distinguish Big Dog Mountain. Yeah, come up here to the Blue Ridge Mountains for a great time. A lake close by is Cliffside Lake, and why not take a little spree to Big Creek since you're here.
Yep, outdoors cool stuff to do are really abundant here at Lake Sequoyah. Lake Sequoyah is right by the Three Forks Trail, and get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Cullasaja River. This lake is so wonderful. The Inn at Half Mile Farm is a delightful location to get some rest, and the Shortoff Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best. There's some exciting stuff to observe at Sequoyah Dam in close proximity to Lake Sequoyah, and why not camp at Vanhook Glade Campground since you're here at Lake Sequoyah.
