Why not camp at Camp Rockbrook if you're here at Lake Frances, and lots of people from Brevard come here. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Hampton Inn Brevard NC; Dodsworth Spring is always fun to check out. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains. During the days of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's       at Lake Frances; the overnight is slightly chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Lake Frances. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing things the Blue Ridge Mountains has to offer. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites BREVARD is a brilliant spot to get some rest, and there's good hiking along the Black Mountain Trail. Avery Creek is a nice location to take                  a look at, and not far from Lake Frances you'll hit upon Siniard Lake which is a stunning lake. And if you're still looking for more outdoors amusing things just keep reading. Looking Glass Creek has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by; there are other places here than Lake Frances, for example Simpson Lake. This lake is so wonderful. While staying at Lake Frances you could always explore Andy Cove; Lake Frances is right by the Buck Spring Trail. But wait, there's more exciting stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Having a wonderful time in the Blue Ridge Mountains is trouble-free. From Lake Frances you get a tremendous vista of Burl Mountain, and why not stop at Siniard Lower Dam while you're here. Lots of rain falls at Lake Frances; the wettest month of the year is mostly March, that's the one that rains the most, and October is the month with the least moisture. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! Lake Frances rocks!
