Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! The Blue Ridge Mountains rules!. Through the months of summer highs here at Lake Falls reach the 80's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and overnight lows throughout the wintertime for Lake Falls tend to be in the 20's.       Looking for some flowing water? Try Capps Branch; the vista of charming Ann Mountain is good. This lake is so wonderful. Railpen Gap is a good place to spend some time at, and Big willow Campground is a brilliant campground nearby. And if that's not enough there's plenty more fun things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. A lake close by is Ton-A-Wanda Lake, and Crooked Creek Golf Club is a golf course nearby. The Waverly Inn is a fine site to get some rest,                  and good hiking is available along the Laurel Mountain Trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Ton-A-Wanda Dam is a beautiful place in the neighborhood of Lake Falls, and there's whitewater on Big Hungry Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Green River, and after a long day outdoors Days Inn Hendersonville is a good place to spend a night or two. Man, is there plenty of entertaining stuff to do near Lake Falls. You're sure to come across some good people from Asheville here, and naturally, all our national parks are great places to explore and Blue Ridge Parkway is no exception. The Blue Ridge Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. You could also go to Kenmure Pond while you're here at Lake Falls; it's close by, and there are good places to explore along the Mullinax Trail. Now, you may assume that's lots but there's even more entertaining things to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
