Beautiful Lake Charles has much to offer visitors. If you want a wonderful time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Charles is painless. This lake is so wonderful. Cedar Cliff is an out of the ordinary thing to see since you're here at Lake Charles; if you need a spot to stay Microtel Inn Franklin is a delightful choice. There are good spots to
look at along the Stewart Trail, and you can go for a hike on the Hurricane Creek Trail. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Lake Charles. Why not camp at High Country Haven since you're here at
Lake Charles; float down the rapids of Cartoogechaye River in a kayak. A lot of rain falls at Lake Charles; the month with most of the rain is March, and the driest of the months is July. A fine site to camp here at Lake Charles is Appalachian RV Travel Center, and get wet paddling on Middle Creek.
