I hope whoever reads this Email knows Susan White Jones (Mrs. Reuben) She used to live in Spartanburg, SC and was a member of our ''Teena'' Club. We are now in our 70s. One of our members, Fran Bailey Kendrick has cancer and is very ill. She was allowed to go to her home yesterday with Hospice visiting her. Lake Bonclarken is a lake worth visiting.; March is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month of the year is January. So many cool things to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains, too great to be true. A good nearby hotel is The Waverly Inn, and don't leave Lake Bonclarken without first going for a hike along the Shut-In Trail. Lake Bonclarken is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

| | Inn Express Hendersonville-Flat Rock,Nc is a good choice, and from Lake Bonclarken you obtain a delightful vista of Butt Mountain. High temperatures at Lake Bonclarken through the warm days of summer are in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. For the period of the winter the highs are generally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Lake Bonclarken are in the 20's. much to do here at Lake Bonclarken that you need to camp here for a while, Town Mountain Travel Park is a great place for that, and Mine Gap is another pleasant place to take a look at nearby.
If you came to camp Park Place Recreational
Vehicle Park is a fine place to do that, and Bonclarken Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out. All year is a great time in the Blue Ridge Mountains if you go for the outdoors. Highland Lake Golf Club is a magnificent golf
course nearby; going for a hike on the Mullinax Trail is always a magnificent adventure.
This site rocks, just look at all the amusing things to do in the neighborhood of Lake Bonclarken. A lake nearby is Crooked Creek Lake, and
if you have time, Blue Ridge Parkway is a national park worth visiting. So much entertaining stuff to do at Lake Bonclarken, so little time. You'll meet a lot of folks from Asheville here; needless to say Dunn Creek flows through
this area. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Green River, and why not go to Bonclarken Lake Dam while you're here.
This lake is so wonderful. Big Hungry Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby, and you can go for a hike on the Side Hill Trail.
