The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at Lake Bay are in the 20's. Lake Bay is a reasonably wet place usually with a great deal of precipitation; the month of July is       the wettest with most of the rain while April is usually the driest month. Camping at Pine Lake Campground is always a glorious experience, and why not a little side journey to Silver Run. Now, you may feel that's a heap but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Lake Bay. Pine Horse Golf Club is a golf course close to Lake Bay; a wonderful nearby hotel is Mid Pines Inn & Golf Club.
