Lake Ann is a delightful place to visit for more than one day, Holland's Shelter Creek is a delightful place to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lake       Ann has to offer, you can camp at Horses to Harleys Campground, and splendid hiking is available along the Tarheel Trail. Lake Ann is a quite wet place mostly with lots of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is July, and October on the other hand is the driest. Comfort Suites Leland is a glorious site to get some rest, and you're almost certainly into lakes, Toms Hole is one of those close by. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Ann; History                  Trail is a wonderful local trail, and as expected Jones Creek is a delightful stream that is worth taking a look at. Summertime highs at Lake Ann mostly tend to be in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
