Lagoon A is a nice lake to visit. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! Lagoon A is great! There's so much to do here at Lagoon A that you need to camp here for a while, Kings Mountain State Park is a great place for that, and Lagoon A is a place with many visitors from Lincolnton. Get your heart beating on the fine whitewater of Catawba River - South Fork; while you're here and you like golf, you can go to Crowders Mountain Golf & Country Club. A glorious

| | place for whitewater paddling near Lagoon A is Kings Branch, and after a long day outdoors Express Inn is a wonderful place to spend a night or two.
Lagoon A ordinarily gets a lot of precipitation; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while November is usually the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Lagoon A, you could also pop by lovely Martin Marietta Holding Lake, also Lagoon A Dam is worth checking out
while you're here. The warmest time of the year at Lagoon A comes with high temperatures in the 80's while night lows are commonly in the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Lagoon A tend to be in the 20's.
