It's always fun to stop by Kings Pond. High temperatures at Kings Pond all through the summertime are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. Highs during the winter are commonly in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Kings Pond descend into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. | | a day at, Dream Camps is a great local campground. Hyatt Place Raleigh Airport is a pleasant place to get some rest, and enjoy a round of golf at Lake Shore Golf Course. There's always Kings Pond Dam to explore next to Kings Pond, and needless to say Little Brier Creek flows through this region. of folks from Raleigh-Cary come to Kings Pond; glide down the rapids of Eno River in a kayak. Much rainfall falls at Kings Pond; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month is April.
