There's so much to do here at Kimesville Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Cane Creek Campground and RV Park is a great location for that, and Burlington-Daystop Greensboro is a glorious location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Kimesville Lake to make out the water at Kimesville Lake Dam; after a long day outdoors Microtel Inn And Suites is a pleasant       place to spend a night or two. While you're here at Kimesville Lake you can play some golf at Brookwood Golf Course, and get soaked paddling on Deep River. You absolutely must love Kimesville Lake. Kimesville Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Greensboro Campground is a tremendous local campground. Whitewater paddling is nice on Reedy Fork Creek, and there are plenty of folks from Burlington here at Kimesville Lake. Kimesville Lake is                  a pretty wet place mostly with a good deal of rain; July is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is April. The warmest time of the year at Kimesville Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 60's.
