You'll meet a lot of people from Fayetteville here; Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SPRING LAKE-FT. BRAGG/POPE AFB is a great spot to get some rest. Lots of rainfall falls at Kiest Lake; July is the month       that gets the most rain; November on the other hand is the driest. If only every site had this much outdoors entertaining things, what a great earth it would be. Heritage Camping and Recreation is a great local campground, and if you come at the right time of year, Little River offers some wonderful whitewater. Kiest Lake is a splendid location to visit for more than one day, Lazy Acres is a splendid location to camp nearby, and great water scenery is available                  at NC Noname Forty-Four Dam in close proximity to Kiest Lake. Throughout the summertime months at Kiest Lake highs are generally in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's.
