Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things in the Blue Ridge Mountains. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Ski Beech since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Kanuga Lake, you could also pop by stunning Briar Lake; if you need a site to stay Hendersonville-Days Inn is a brilliant choice. So many entertaining things to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains,       too nice to be true. On a glorious day at Kanuga Lake you can take a hike along the Mullinax Trail, and during your visit here you'll meet some people from Asheville for sure. The Laurel Mountain Trail is a nice hiking trail in the neighborhood of Kanuga Lake, and Crooked Creek Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by. All year is a wonderful time in the Blue Ridge Mountains if you go for the outdoors. Why not take a look at nearby Dry Branch since you're                  here at Kanuga Lake, and one of the governing highlights of the surroundings of Kanuga Lake is Bollers Knob. The amount of rainfall that falls at Kanuga Lake is close to the national average; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain; October meanwhile is the driest month. Kanuga Lake is one of the lakes here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Through the summertime, highs generally are in the 80's at Kanuga Lake while nighttime lows are mostly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at Kanuga Lake are in the 20's. After a long day outdoors The Waverly Inn is a great spot to spend a night or two, and if you came for an overnight stay Alpine woods RV Park is a nice location to camp. You believe that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. If you crave a little side visit, try Cragnola Gap; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Little River. Kanuga Lake is next to Kanuga Lake Lower Dam which is a striking place unquestionably worth stopping at, and for you golfers we recommend nearby Crooked Creek Golf Club. You truly have to like Kanuga Lake. The sights at Blue Ridge Parkway will blow your mind, and there is a wonderful hiking trail nearby called the Shut-In Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
