The scenery at Holly Farms Lagoon Dam in the neighborhood of Holly Farms Lagoon is delightful. There is a good hiking trail near Holly Farms Lagoon called the Dogwood Trail; there are some good whitewater spots on Reddies River. This lake is so wonderful. Red Carpet Inn Wilkesboro is a pleasant location to get some rest; if you get bored of Holly Farms Lagoon you could also have a look at nearby Wilkes Lake. Whohoo, so much entertaining       stuff in one place! The Blue Ridge Mountains is great! After a long day outdoors Hampton Inn Wilkesboro is a great spot to spend a night or two; Cub Creek is in the vicinity of Holly Farms Lagoon and is always a diversion to pop by. Now, you may think that's lots but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Holly Farms Lagoon. Stay the night at Wilkes County Reservoir Park, and Noname is a nearby lake that you could visit. You just can't picture the amount                  of outdoors cool things the Blue Ridge Mountains has to offer. Sumerset Golf Course is a splendid golf course nearby. There's so much to do here at Holly Farms Lagoon that you need to camp here for a while, W Kerr Scott Dam and Reservoir is a perfect spot for that. Summertime at Holly Farms Lagoon comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Holly Farms Lagoon. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Yadkin River; there are plenty of folks from North Wilkesboro here. Holly Farms Lagoon sees pretty high levels of rain; June is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month of the year is November.
