Quality Inn Sanford is a tremendous spot to get some rest, and you can go for a hike on the Lanier Falls Trail. Holiday Lake is a wet site that gets a lot of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is typically July, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is April. The warmest time of the year brings       highs in the 80's to Holiday Lake. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's with temperatures at Holiday Lake dipping down into the 20's throughout winter nights. But wait, there's more to do next to Holiday Lake. There are plenty of people from Sanford here at Holiday Lake, and Holiday Lake Upper is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. Why not camp at Heritage Camping and Recreation                  since you're here at Holiday Lake, and don't leave Holiday Lake without first going for a hike along the Campbell Creek Loop. This lake is so wonderful. There's some exciting stuff to make out at Holiday Lake Dam Lower right next door to Holiday Lake, and a lake close by is Sky View Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Jordan Dam RV Park and Campground; why not a little side journey to Persimmon Creek.
