All the water falling down from the sky makes Hill Top Lake a wet location; the month with most of the rain is March, and the driest of the months is November. Camping is available at Jomeokee Campground, and Comfort Suites Winston-Salem is a tremendous location to get some rest. Hill Top Lake in fact is in the middle of a stunning outdoors paradise. The Cooks Wall Trail offers hiking at its best, and at Hill Top Lake Dam right next door to Hill                  Top Lake there are some attention-grabbing things to see. Hiking along the Cascade Trail is brilliant fun, and do stop by Bill Branch while you're here at Hill Top Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A lake close by is Hanes Lake, and you can run the rapids of Yadkin River. Dan River is a great whitewater spot near Hill Top Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Grandview Golf Club, and a nice place to camp here at Hill Top Lake is Tanglewood Family Resort.
