In North Carolina there are many beautiful lakes, Hidden Lake is one of them. This spot is great, just check out all the amusing things to do right next door to Hidden Lake. If you're here at Hidden Lake and you like golf, you can have a look at High Hampton Inn & Country Club, and in case you don’t mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cullasaja River. if you're here at Hidden Lake; you don’t have to go far from Hidden Lake to spot the water at Whiteside Lake Dam. Grassy Camp Creek flows through this vicinity; Allison Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to. This lake is so wonderful.
If you get bored of Hidden Lake, you could also visit nearby Whiteside Lake, and a great spot to stop by close by is Shortoff Gap.
There's perfect hiking along the Shortoff Mountain Trail, and Scaly Mountain is a very popular
ski area in the neighborhood. At Hidden Lake through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Hidden
Lake. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Van Hook Glade Campground is a wonderful site to camp, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Hidden Lake; Whiteside Mountain National Recreation Trail is a delightful local trail. Be careful coming to the Blue Ridge Mountains,
you might not ever want to go back home again. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Sky Valley, and after a long day outdoors The Inn at Half Mile Farm is a pleasant site to spend a night or two.
Why not take a refreshing hike along the Ellicott Rock Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Old Edwards Inn and Spa.
