a tremendous local campground; if you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Asheville. This lake is one of the great places here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the
neighborhood of Hendersonville Reservoir. Hendersonville Reservoir sees pretty high levels of rainfall; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is October. This lake is so wonderful.
While you're here at Hendersonville Reservoir you can take a hike along the Shut-In Trail; why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like High Vista Country Club.
