This lake is so wonderful. A delightful close by hotel is Econo Lodge Statesville,
and Hawthorne Lake is not far at all from Statesville-Mooresville. Hawthorne Lake commonly gets a good deal of rainfall; during the month of June you get the most rain around here; November is the month with the least moisture.
