Guy's Pond is a great place to fish. As of my latest fishing trip on 1/25/2009, it was $3 per person and $4 per night camping. Also, 14 years of age and younger were free! This is a great pond. While you are fishing, you can watch the cows, and/or the horses. The pond is much better than Pope's Lake. They kicked us out of that lake on the same day as my trip to Guy's Pond. I rate this pond as a 10 and suggest anyone in the area looking for a fishing hole should try Guy's Pond.

Beautiful Guys Pond has much to offer visitors. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Fuquay-Varina; going for a hike on the Little Creek Loop Trail is always a great adventure. Paddling on Upper Little River is so much fun; if you need a location to stay Holiday Inn Express Fuquay-Varina, Nc is a brilliant choice. There are nice places to explore along the East Loop Horse Trail, and this is a popular location for people from Dunn.

| | to do at Guys Pond, so little time. An afternoon playing golf at Hidden Valley Golf Club is always a pleasure, and Guys Pond Dam is not far at all from Guys Pond. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Dream Camps is a glorious campground nearby, and float down the rapids of Cape Fear in a kayak.

while April is generally the driest month. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Guys Pond, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the period of the wintertime highs are usually in the 40's, and nighttime lows
at Guys Pond through the wintertime ordinarily dip into the 20's. Guys Pond is a perfect site to visit for more than one day, Champion Cheerleading Camps is a perfect site to camp nearby, and close by you stumble on the Group Camp Trail which is a good hiking trail.
