Forrest Lake is a lake nearby; Griffin Lake is a splendid location to visit for more than one day, Heritage Camping and Recreation is a splendid location to camp nearby. Much precipitation falls at Griffin Lake; most of the rain falls through July, and April on the other hand is the driest. But wait, there's more to do in the neighborhood of Griffin Lake. Get your heart beating on the perfect whitewater       of Little River, and people from Sanford love to come here. At Griffins Lake Dam in the vicinity of Griffin Lake there are some interesting things to see, and if you're here, you could pop by Mill Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Summertime at Griffin Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's while night lows are ordinarily in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Griffin                  Lake temperatures plunge to the 20's. Pine Horse Golf Club is a tremendous golf course close by. Lakes are delightful; Crystal Lake is a lake that's near Griffin Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous spot for whitewater paddling close to Griffin Lake is Deep River; if you need a place to stay Pine Needles Lodge & Golf Club is a wonderful choice. Mid Pines Inn & Golf Club is a delightful location to get some rest.
