This lake is so wonderful. Martin-Marietta Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at; Comfort Suites Hickory is a delightful site to get some rest. High temperatures at Griffin Lake throughout the summer months are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's.
