You'll need more than a day to explore everything Fryes Lake has to offer, you can camp at Fleetwood RV Camping Resort; you can take a little spree to Shopshire Dam if you're here at Fryes Lake. A nice nearby hotel is Howard Johnson Inn Concord, and do stop by Shopshire Re Lake, it's a stunning lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Fryes Lake and you like golf, you can check       out Cabarrus Country Club, and after a long day outdoors Fairfield Inn By Marriott Kannapolis is a tremendous place to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Fryes Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Yates Family Camping is a pleasant place for that; a pretty lake like Funderburks Lake is a great place to explore. High temperatures at Fryes Lake all through the long summer days are in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures                  dip down into the 60's. Through the winter the highs are commonly in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Fryes Lake.
