Camping at Greensboro Campground is always a delightful experience; after a long day outdoors Quality Inn & Suites is a magnificent site to spend a night or two. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites GREENSBORO-EAST is a perfect location to get some rest; this is a popular location for people from Greensboro-High Point. This site is excellent, just explore all the fun things to do next to Fryar Lake. Take a little trip to Jorden Branch if you're       here at Fryar Lake, and if you're a golfer then a great nearby course is Cedarcrest Golf Course. For the period of the summer months, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Fryar Lake with overnight lows in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Fryar Lake dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. A good location to camp here at Fryar Lake is Summit Conference center, and get soaked paddling on                  Deep River. While you're here at Fryar Lake, you could also stop at picturesque White Oak Lake. Fryar Lake Dam is a place that is close to Fryar Lake; whitewater paddling is tremendous on Reedy Fork Creek.
