Freemon Lake is a wet spot that gets a great deal of rain; through July this area sees the most rain, and April is the month with the least moisture. During the warm months at Freemon Lake highs are ordinarily in the 80's while overnight lows are regularly in the 60's. The winter brings highs down       to the 40's; nighttime lows during the wintertime for Freemon Lake tend to be in the 20's. If you come at the right time of year, Deep River offers some tremendous whitewater. Lakes are splendid; Fairfield Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Freemon Lake. There's so much to do here at Freemon Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Oak Hollow Campground is a wonderful place for that. This lake is so wonderful.
