A delightful nearby hotel is Holiday Inn Select Winston-Salem-Univ Pkwy, Nc, and Fox Pond is a site with many visitors from Winston-Salem. So many enjoyable things close to Fox Pond, simply striking. Dan River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by, and Fox Pond is right by the Cooks Wall Trail. If you came for an overnight stay Sunset Park Campground is a great site to camp; do take a hike       on the Cascade Trail. Paddling on Dan River is so much fun, and if you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn Winston-Salem is a tremendous choice. This is a wonderful neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Walls Lakes is a lake in close proximity; at Fox Pond Dam in close proximity to Fox Pond there are some out of the ordinary things to see. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Hanging Rock Trail, and do explore Martin Creek since you're here at Fox Pond.                  This lake is so wonderful. Hanging Rock State Park is a splendid campground nearby, and why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Stonewall Golf Course. Fox Pond is a relatively wet place frequently with a good deal of rainfall; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while January is commonly the driest month. At Fox Pond all through the long summer days highs are in the 80's while night lows are usually in the 60's.
