Mill Creek is a great location to pop by, and obviously, this is a nice region for people who like lakes, Forest Lake is a lake in the neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. Get dripping wet paddling on Haw River. Lakes are great; Latham Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Forest Lake. This is no location for people who don’t like to have fun. People       from Burlington love to come to Forest Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Hidden Lake Campgrounds is a wonderful location to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Forest Lake Dam is an interesting thing to check out, and golf can be played at Hideaway Farms Golf Course. All the water falling down from the sky makes Forest Lake a wet site; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while November is regularly the driest month. Holiday Inn                  Express Hotel & Suites MEBANE is a great place to get some rest; whitewater paddling is wonderful on Eno River. At Forest Lake during the warm months highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's.
