Crowders Mountain Golf & Country Club is a good golf course close by, and after a long day outdoors Quality Inn Kings Mountain       is a perfect location to spend a night or two. What a place this is for outdoors folks. Camping is available at Woodland Park Campground, and Foote Mineral Tailings Pond Dam has good water scenery.
