Fisher Lake is a beautiful lake in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Camping is available at Blue Valley Campground; The Flat is right here at Fisher Lake. So many fun things to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains, too glorious to be true. Going for a hike along the Gage Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. High temperatures at Fisher Lake through the days of       summer are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while Fisher Lake nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's. You completely have to love the Blue Ridge Mountains. Spring Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to; why not take a little visit to Jake Branch while you're here. Why not camp at Vanhook Glade Campground if you're here at Fisher Lake, and do take                  a hike on the Three Forks Trail. Fisher Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. A golf course in the neighborhood of Fisher Lake is Highlands Falls Country Club Pool & Tennis; you can never get enough of the glorious skiing at Sky Valley. Man, is there loads of fun stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Hiking along the Bartram Trail is magnificent fun, and after a long day outdoors Knights Inn Dillard is a nice spot to spend a night or two. A nice place to take a look at close to Fisher Lake is Beegum Gap, and skiing at Scaly Mountain is one of those things you just should do. This lake is so wonderful. Darnell Creek has a nice whitewater paddling spot close by, and you can see Ford Mountain from Fisher Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Do check out Osage Lake near Fisher Lake, it's a charming lake, and a perfect close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Dillard, Ga. What a spot this is for outdoors people. In case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Middle Creek, and glorious water scenery is available at Osage Lake Dam near Fisher Lake.
