In North Carolina there are many beautiful lakes, Fairfield Lake is one of them. If you need a place to stay Old Edwards Inn and Spa is a good choice. Lakes are splendid; Meadow Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Fairfield Lake. This lake is so wonderful. At Fairfield Lake you can see Bald Rock Mountain, and hiking along the Foothills Trail is perfect fun. This lake is one of the great places here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Be careful coming to

Trail. There's so much to do here at Fairfield Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Westridge is a delightful spot for that, and a golf course nearby is Red Bird Golf Links. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Fairfield
Lake you'll in all probability meet some folks from Brevard, and nearby Boneyard Gap is a great place to go. High temperatures at Fairfield Lake all through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops
down to the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Fairfield Lake temperatures sink to the 20's. This place, the Blue Ridge Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing stuff.
There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Fairfield Lake. Whitewater River is a wonderful whitewater spot next to Fairfield Lake; some of the water close by flows, like Logan Creek. In case you don’t have a problem getting
drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Tuckasegee River, and dry warm beds await you at Sapphire Valley Resort. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Fairfield Falls is a great local
attraction, and great water scenery is available at Fairfield Lake Dam near Fairfield Lake. Fairfield Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; March is the wettest month with most rain, and October is the month with the least moisture.
