Country Club Lake Dam is worth checking out while you're here, and at Evans Lake you always meet someone from Fayetteville. For the duration of the months of summer at Evans Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 50's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at       Evans Lake. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Fayetteville-I-95 South,Nc is a wonderful place to spend a night or two; get yourself into a kayak and hit Upper Little River. King's Grant Golf Club is a pleasant golf course nearby, and you can stay the night at Lazy Acres. The high level of rainfall makes Evans Lake a reasonably wet spot; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is November. There's                  so much to do here at Evans Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Fayetteville Koa is a good site for that; there are some delightful whitewater spots on Little River. This location rules, just check out all the exciting stuff to do in the neighborhood of Evans Lake. This is a tremendous neighborhood for folks who like lakes.
