Summer at Dumaines Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are usually in the 40's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Dumaines Lake temperatures fall to the 20's. You can run the rapids of North Mayo close to Dumaines Lake; Eden Days Inn is a great location to get some rest. So much entertaining stuff       near Dumaines Lake, definitely mind-blowing. A nice location for whitewater paddling next to Dumaines Lake is Mayo River - North Fork, and on a brilliant day you can take a hike along the Casters Trail. You'll meet a lot of people from Martinsville here, and swing by Little Matrimony Creek it's a pleasant location to stop by. Camping is available at Indian Heritage RV Park; dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Eden. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Dan                  River Campground is always a nice experience; why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Ponderosa Golf Club.
