This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Laurel Mountain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and don't miss out on a spree to Blue Ridge Parkway since you're here. Everybody close by loves skiing at Ski Beech, and don't leave Dellwood Lake without first checking out Sandy Bottom. spots on Swannanoa River, and why not camp at Parkway Lane RV Park since you're here at Dellwood Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Dellwood Lake a wet place; during the month of July you get the most rain around
