Do take a look at Greenbriar Lake close to Dead Backwater, it's a beautiful lake; swamps like Blane Creek are fun to stop at. While you're here at Dead Backwater you can play some golf at Angels Trace Golf Links, and if you need a location to stay Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. Some of the water nearby flows, like Little River, and Myrtle Beach RV Resort       is a perfect campground nearby. Corkins Neck is nearby and always perfect to pop by, and Village At The Glens Golf Resort is a magnificent place to get some rest. At Dead Backwater all through the summer months highs are in the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's while Dead Backwater nighttime low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 30's.
