What a place this is for outdoors people. If you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn Kinston is a good choice. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Davis Pond, and the night is fairly cooler of course, mostly in the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are generally in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Davis Pond.
