Cox Lake is a magnificent site to visit for more than one day, Banjo Creek RV Resort & Campground is a magnificent site to camp nearby; Hampton Inn Asheboro       is a great place to get some rest. For the period of the summertime highs here at Cox Lake reach the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 40's, and overnight lows at Cox Lake all through the winter ordinarily plunge into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful.
