     Cooling Lake is always a pleasure to visit. Cooling Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; through the month of July you get the most rain around here; April is when it's the driest. During the warmest time of the year at Cooling Lake highs are frequently in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's; after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Cooling Lake plunge into the 20's. Big Thoroughfare  
   Bay is a beautiful location any time of year; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Cliffwood Golf Club is nearby.
Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this location. After a long day outdoors Fairfield Inn By Marriott Lumberton is a nice place to spend a night or two; Plant Cooling Lake is a good lake close by. Howard Johnson Express Inn is a wonderful spot to get some rest. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Cooling Lake
 
               has to offer, you can camp at Sleepy Bear's RV Park. A great swamp in the vicinity of Cooling Lake is Jacob Swamp; an attention-grabbing thing to go to in the vicinity of Cooling Lake is Cooling Lake Dam.
Here at Cooling Lake you'll in all probability meet some people from Lumberton, and a charming lake like Ash Pond is a fine spot to visit. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Cooling Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lumber River Campground and Trail Rides is a nice spot for that; getting to Cox Branch from Cooling Lake is painless. This lake is so wonderful.
