It's always fun to stop by Clarks Pond. Paddling on Upper Little River is so much fun, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by Smith Lake. Camping is available at Lazy Acres; the scenery at Clarks Pond Dam is scenic. Lakes are glorious; Bonnie Doone Lake is a lake that's close to Clarks Pond, and a delightful close by hotel is Knights Inn Fayetteville-Fort Bragg.

This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Little River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by, and since you're here, you could have a look at Hybarts Branch.
