Chryson Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains. There's some flowing water nearby, Butler Creek is a stream you can check out while you're here, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Mount Airy here. So many entertaining things to do here at Chryson Lake, too splendid to be true. Near Chryson Lake you discover the Dogwood Trail which is a great hiking trail; Low Gap Wildlife Club Dam

This lake is so wonderful. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the Blue Ridge Mountains has to offer. If you need a location to stay Fairfield Inn & Suites Elkin Jonesville is a good choice. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Chryson Lake has to offer, you can camp at River Views Campground. This lake is so wonderful. The sight of Racoon Mountain from Chryson Lake is beautiful, and get your heart beating on the splendid
whitewater of Chestnut Creek. Chryson Lake gets a normal amount of precipitation; most of the rain falls all through July, and January on the other hand is the driest. All through the warm days of summer, highs commonly are in the
80's at Chryson Lake. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. Through the winter the highs are commonly in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Chryson Lake temperatures descend to the 10's.
Having
a splendid time in the Blue Ridge Mountains is painless. There's whitewater on Mitchell River for all you adrenaline kick people; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Bryson Inn.
