It's always fun to stop by Cheoah Valley Lake. Lakes? Sure, Calderwood Lake is close at hand, and if you need a place to stay Highland Manor Inn And Conference Center is a nice choice. Get your heart pumping on the brilliant whitewater of Cheoah River; if you're here, you might as well stop at Bearpen Gap. And if that's not enough there's a load more entertaining stuff to do in the Great Smoky Mountains. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Cheoah Valley Lake;

| | Hannah Mountain Trail is a delightful local trail, and Horse Cove Campground is a splendid local campground.
This lake is so wonderful. The Stiffknee Trail offers hiking at its best, and Dancing Bear Lodge is a pleasant place to get some rest. Through the summertime months at Cheoah Valley Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. the 20's for Cheoah Valley Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant place for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Cheoah Valley Lake is Yellow Creek, and Cheoah Valley Lake is a tremendous place to visit for more than one
day, Rattler Ford Campground is a tremendous place to camp nearby.
Just can't get enough of the Great Smoky Mountains. A quick journey to Aiken Branch right next door to Cheoah Valley Lake is a glorious idea, and Calderwood Lake
is a delightful lake nearby. Cheoah Valley Lake is a beautiful lake in the Great Smoky Mountains.
Cheoah Valley Lake in fact is in the middle of a picturesque outdoors paradise. Cheoah Valley Lake is right by the Big Stack Gap
Branch Trail, and you can take a little trip to Cheoah Valley Dam while you're here at Cheoah Valley Lake. Lots of rain falls at Cheoah Valley Lake; through the month of March you get the most rain around here, and October on the other hand is the driest.
