The beauty of Cedar Mountain Lake is reason enough to stop by. If you want a fine time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Blue Ridge Mountains. If you haven’t been to Blue Ridge Parkway, you should schedule some time for it since you're here, and get drenched paddling on French Broad River. Lakes? Sure, Spivey Lake is in the neighborhood, and the skiing at Ski Beech is fine. And if that's not enough, there's plenty more to do close to Cedar Mountain

You completely have to adore the Blue Ridge Mountains. A wonderful close by hotel is Asheville/North Carolina Days Inn. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Cedar Mountain Lake; Shut-In Trail is a fine local trail, and you might also want to pay a visit to Baldwin Cove if you're here | |

is magnificent on Swannanoa River. An afternoon playing golf at Brookwood Golf Club is always a diversion, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Laurel Mountain Trail. Why not have a look at close by Reed Creek if you're
here at Cedar Mountain Lake, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Woodall Lake. Cedar Mountain Lake is one of the lakes here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. There's
so much to do here at Cedar Mountain Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Taps RV Park is a brilliant site for that; while you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Asheville. These mountains rock, just explore
all the enjoyable things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Good hiking is available along the Side Hill Trail. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Cedar Mountain Lake has to offer, you can camp at Azalea Country Campground.
Throughout the warm months, highs usually are in the 80's at Cedar Mountain Lake, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime
temperatures at Cedar Mountain Lake plunge into the 20's. Cedar Mountain Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is October.
